I was driving today and noticed smoke coming out from underneath my hood. Then I looked under the car and i saw a big ass puddle of OIL! Then I looked and noticed some oil around the Oil Pan...replaced it...but still leaked! Well, I found out the problem.

I touched the "T" for the Turbo Oil Line/Oil sensor, and guess what, it BROKE OFF.

So now the brass threaded part is stuck in the engine oil source. How the heck am I suppose to get it out? Drill it out?? I tried drilling using bigger and bigger bits. Now I'm getting really close to using a bit thats almost exact same size of the Brass thing. I don't wanna screw up the threads on the engine block.
    HELP!!!!

I heard the guy from Endyn talking about this...and he said to EXTEND the oil source using an oil line. Cause with all that extra weight from the "T" and from teh Sensor, something will happen..

    HELP!!!!!! ASAP!!!!1

depends on where your fitting is broke off.
did it break off in the oil pan ?
where did it break off into ?
drilling it out may cause a bigger problem to fix.is there a way you can maybe screw a bolt into the hole then back it out and hopefully it will pull all the old threads out at the same time.
can you even fit a bolt or anything into the hole ?
another thing is,you may have clogged up the hole for oil passage now the you've got metal shavings inside the oil passageway, you better clean it all up any suck or flush out all the shaving prior to running oil back thru anything.you dont want metal shavings inside the oil passageways.that can be serious problems......

    Wink

How about going to the hardware store and buying an easy out... The easy out is a reserve drill bit, screws in and tightens up and backs out the broken fitting.

This is a very common problem that I noticed with the brass oil fitting. What I have done is tapping it out. Just go to a auto parts store and get a tap set. I think thats what they are called.

You need a screw extractor (commonly called an "easy-out"). They are generally sold in a set. Here's a picture of what you're lookin' for:
    2419
    and here's a lil' info:
Removes screws, broken studs, set screws, pipe and Alemite fittings. Drill a hole in the screw and place extractor into hole (On the extractor should be stamped the proper size drill to be used.) Tap lightly with hammer and turn counterclockwise with tap wrench to remove the screw. Spiral blades grip screw.
    Good luck!
